Quotes, approvals and production

An inquiry is a request to discuss a project, not a confirmed booking or order. We agree on scope, pricing and delivery before work begins. Custom production begins after the required approval and payment arrangements. Any deposit and balance timing are specified in your quote. New projects cover creation and supply of assets, not installation. Existing individually agreed obligations are unchanged.

Monthly subscription cancellation

Cancel anytime before your next renewal to stop future recurring charges. Service continues through the period already paid for. Payments for the current period are not refunded or prorated, except where required by law. Cancellation does not reverse completed work or earlier charges.

For an existing Stripe-billed subscription, sign in with its billing email and review the cancellation confirmation. If your agreement is not managed through Stripe, contact us for help.

For questions about an existing agreement, contact SOMDecals. A support inquiry alone is not confirmation that a subscription has been canceled.

Website & Local SEO — new inquiries

Website & Local SEO is $250 per month: two website/local-search checkups, two agreed description or page-copy updates, and a monthly report showing work completed and next steps. Social posts, reels and social media management are not included. No installs, filming visits or ranking guarantees. Inquiry only: no payment or subscription starts on this website. Billing details are confirmed before enrollment.

Work beyond the listed monthly checkups, copy updates and report is discussed separately. Existing individually agreed arrangements are unchanged.

Separate social media subscription — new inquiries

Social media content creation and management is a separate subscription, available by inquiry. It is not included in the $250 Website & Local SEO plan. We agree on the channels, content volume, management tasks, approval process and price before enrollment. No installation or on-site filming is included. Sending an inquiry does not start a subscription or payment.

Online checkout is unavailable. An inquiry does not start a subscription or payment. Recurring billing and cancellation details are confirmed before enrollment.

Existing individually agreed arrangements are not changed by this new-inquiry offer. Please contact us with questions about an existing agreement.

Mascot Club

Ordinary membership is $50 per month and includes five custom requested images monthly. Signup and quarterly seasonal packs are separate from that monthly request allowance. Reservation is exclusive within the SOMDecals catalog while the membership is active, subject to availability confirmation.

The $600 buyout includes original SVG files, original PNGs and all masters, and permanently removes that mascot from our catalog. Without a buyout, ordinary membership cancellation ends permission for future mascot use, and the mascot may return to the catalog. Usage and deliverable details are confirmed when enrolling.
