Information you share

Our inquiry form asks for contact details, business and project information, preferences and any files you choose to upload. We use that information to review inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate work and provide the services you request. Service, plan and mascot selections may be passed into the form with your inquiry.

Services that help run this site

This website runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-based hosting and storage. Hosting services process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Our inquiry form is provided by Tally; loading or submitting it sends information to Tally. Payments arranged through Stripe are processed by Stripe. Do not send full card numbers or bank credentials through the inquiry form.

Your project files and preferences

Only upload material you have permission to share. The inquiry form separately asks whether we may use the finished project in our portfolio or marketing. Tell us if your preferences change.

Ches, Ori and AI requests

When you ask Ches a question or give Ori a starter brief, your text and relevant applied website information are sent to our server and OpenAI to prepare the answer. Ches also sends a bounded recent conversation history. These assistants provide suggestions; they do not place orders or issue binding quotes. Avoid including sensitive information you do not want processed by the service.

The API requests use store:false. This is not a promise of zero retention by OpenAI. Our application usage ledger records random request IDs, feature/model details, token counts, cost accounting, times and error categories; that ledger does not contain question or answer text. Hashed identifiers support request limits.

Choices and files in your browser

Ches conversation history stays in browser memory and can be cleared. Your motion preference is saved in local storage in this browser. Tab storage keeps the assistant position/dismissal preference and a quote summary you choose to carry forward. Project-starter choices and Studio logo previews remain local until you take a sharing action. Include summary sends the reviewed text to Tally with the form link. Studio images are not uploaded by that action; files you attach to the Tally form are handled by Tally.

Payment and service records

When enabled, hosted Stripe checkout collects payment and contact information on Stripe. Our service records can hold Stripe reference IDs, the selected offer, payment/subscription status, paid-through dates and onboarding/notification tasks. When checkout is enabled, a receipt cookie ties this browser to its checkout request. Card numbers and bank credentials are not collected by this website. Online SOMDecals checkout is not currently enabled.

Optional email updates

Our free email-updates invitation is separate from paid services. If you choose to sign up through our Tally form, we collect your email address and your explicit marketing consent to send SOMDecals news and future offers. Signing up does not purchase a service, start recurring billing or guarantee a promotion. To withdraw marketing consent, request removal from email updates. Removal requests are reviewed manually; this is not an instant automated unsubscribe. No marketing campaigns are started by this website. Future marketing messages will include an unsubscribe option.

The invitation stores its dismissal time in this browser’s local storage so it stays closed for seven days. The popup does not collect your email directly. Opening or submitting the signup form sends information to Tally.

Other site services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Applied site content, owner drafts and owner-uploaded media use the hosting storage. Access to the content editor is restricted to the owner.

Questions or requests

To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact SOMDecals. Include enough detail to identify your request without submitting sensitive account credentials. We may need to verify the request and retain information needed for active projects, business records or legal obligations.

Shop selections

The shop saves your selected design IDs and custom-lettering preview details in this browser’s local storage so your cart can persist between visits. Use the cart’s Remove controls to clear saved items. Custom physical lettering is not automatically submitted as an inquiry or order.

When you choose to review digital SVG selections at Bulk Business Lettering, the selected catalog IDs are included in the link to that site. BBL handles its own purchase review, payment and digital fulfillment; no payment is collected by the SOMDecals shop page.
