We serve Southern Maryland. Website & Local SEO is remote and does not include on-site visits. We create and supply assets for customers to use. Installation services are not offered. Existing individually agreed obligations are unchanged.

Yes. Decals, design, website builds and creative assets can be quoted individually. A monthly subscription is optional.

No. The $250 Website & Local SEO plan includes only its listed checkups, copy updates and monthly report. Social media content creation and management is a separate subscription, with scope, approvals and pricing agreed before enrollment.

No. Hosting administration, domain migrations, email/DNS troubleshooting and general IT repairs are outside the Website & Local SEO plan. Website builds and redesigns are also separate projects.

Monthly business plans and Mascot Club are charged at signup and renew monthly. Cancel before the next renewal; service continues through the period already paid for. No automatic prorated refund is provided, except where required. When the paid membership period ends after cancellation, permission for future use of that mascot ends, and it can return to the catalog. A separately agreed $600 buyout includes original SVGs, PNGs and all masters, and permanently removes the mascot from our catalog.

Yes. Visit our Shop for 500 preset SVG designs at $0.99 each before applicable tax, with digital purchases reviewed and fulfilled through Bulk Business Lettering. Create custom physical lettering previews with font, color, size and quantity choices. Physical base prices are shown before shipping and tax; physical checkout is not enabled yet.

No. We create and supply decals and digital assets for customers to apply and use themselves. We do not offer installation services or on-site filming. Existing individually agreed obligations are unchanged.

Website & Local SEO is $250 per month: two website/local-search checkups, two agreed description or page-copy updates, and a monthly report showing work completed and next steps. Social posts, reels and social media management are not included. No installs, filming visits or ranking guarantees. Inquiry only: no payment or subscription starts on this website. Billing details are confirmed before enrollment. Cancel anytime before your next renewal to stop future recurring charges. Service continues through the period already paid for. Payments for the current period are not refunded or prorated, except where required by law. Cancellation does not reverse completed work or earlier charges.

Social media content creation and management is a separate subscription, available by inquiry. It is not included in the $250 Website & Local SEO plan. We agree on the channels, content volume, management tasks, approval process and price before enrollment. No installation or on-site filming is included. Sending an inquiry does not start a subscription or payment.
